I know a lot of people is running VirtueMart as their prefered shopping option for Joomla. Not a lot of templates are well suited for that extension and to be honest look very boring quite often. Template Plazza is about to change that with their new template called Modrena Plazza.
JoomlArt just released their second December template JA Bellatrix. This new template features a good number of modules and a it seems very simple and can be used for a lot of topics. As with other new JoomlArt templates typography is very well designed. You get a lot of good build in styles that can make your content look very pro with only a few lines of codes or a simple pre-fix. Press the read more link to see some of the typographic options.
A new Joomla template just made available over at Template Plazza The template is called Blog Plazza and is geared towards Blogs of course. That said it seems useable for a lot of other types of sites. A first impression seems to be a bright look with some good colour choises and I really like the way the dates are styled. Oh well go have a look.

The 2.0 is not refering to a second version or something in that direction, but more to the fancy web term "Web 2.0".
